This thesis describes the common requirement of the data environment for the crm customer data analyzing , comparing the difference between the db - dw two - layer system and the db - ods - dw three - layer system , then proposes the framework of the analyzing crm data environment 隨后,本文闡明了crm數(shù)據(jù)分析環(huán)境的一般需求,對比了目前普遍應(yīng)用的db - dw兩層體系和db - ods - dw三層體系之間的區(qū)別,并提出了分析型crm數(shù)據(jù)環(huán)境框架。
After investigating the management information system ( mis ) and tourism information system ( tis ) based on web , analyzing the limitation of the exiting tis , the system structure , realize technology and design method , we choose the web b / s / s three - layer system structure to construct the system , use the relatively mature asp + ado / odbc technology and the asp page - embeded activex components to realize the active page and kinds of extended functions 根據(jù)對基于web的管理信息系統(tǒng)( mis )和旅游管理信息系統(tǒng)( tis )的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的缺陷、體系結(jié)構(gòu)、各種實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)、開發(fā)方法和設(shè)計(jì)步驟的研究,選擇了“瘦”客戶端跨平臺(tái)的web的b s s三層分布式結(jié)構(gòu)來構(gòu)建整個(gè)系統(tǒng)。并利用目前較為成熟的asp + ado odbc的技術(shù)方案和嵌入asp頁面執(zhí)行的activex組件來實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)頁面和各種擴(kuò)展功能。
